Caricatures are the perfect fit for all types of events and all age groups. We can also personalize the drawing paper with your logo or event title and date to make it really memorable and nice keepsake. How it works when you hire an artist:

We come to your party 1/2 before start time for set up (this set up time is not included in your booked time). We will need a standard sized table and 2-3 chairs and access o an outlet. If outside, must not be to cold or too hot and always under tent or shade in the summer months. We draw as many guests as we can in the booked time.

We never guarantee everyone will get drawn as we usually have many more people that want it done than we have time for. Always make sure guests of honor or special guests go early during the booking so they don’t miss out. Overtime is sometimes available at an additional cost.

And can be discussed with artist at event to see if it’s an option.

Common Questions About Hiring an Artist:

RAIN DATES? We cannot hold rain dates in most cases as it prevents us from booking other events. We will do our best to try and work with you as we understand weather can be an issue most of the year when planning events

PARKING? If no free parking is available close by we can add in additional money from parking to your pricing

MAKING LISTS AND APPOINTMENTS SO GUESTS WONT HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE? Although it sounds good in theory, it rarely works as people walk away and we lose valuable drawing time waiting for the next person to arrive for their turn. It’s always best to let people to wait in line to get drawn.

HOW LONG DOES EACH DRAWING TAKE? We can generally draw 15 faces in black and white per hour or up to 10 faces in full color in full color per hour. This is based on a steady flow of guests coming over to us. If guests arrive very late, there are breaks for speeches etc. and we have to stop, the number of faces we draw will go down.

DONATION OF SERVICES? While we would love to be able to send an artist to an event at no cost to provide entertainment for fundraisers, we rely on our weekends as primary earning days and cannot offer free services as much as we would love to help your charity event.
